You may update an existing client profile using the
from the User Analytics or View By Client page. On the Update Client
Profile page, you may:
Update the client profile, including associated accounts and groups
Reset a user’s password
Unlock a client profile
The Edit Client Profile page allows you to edit the:
Middle Name
Phone Number
Mobile Number
Email Address (only available if the client has not yet activated the profile)
Preferred Contact Method
The Edit Client Profile page also allows you to Add or Delete Accounts.
Note:The system also allows you to update client profile from the Account View for Clients. For more information, see Accessing the Account View Home page of the client.
To add accounts
The system displays the Add Accounts pop-up that allows you to search for accounts.
The system displays search result.
The system adds the selected accounts to the Manage Accounts section.
To delete accounts
The system displays notification to verify the information.
Note:You can view the activity log in the Verify Information page.
The system deletes the selected account(s) from client profile.
To add client to a defined group
The system displays the Add Group pop-up.
The system displays search results.
The system adds the selected group to the WealthVision and My Documents Setup section.
To delete the group
In the WealthVision and My Documents Setup section, click Delete Group.
To reset the password on a Client Profile
against the name of the client.
The system displays the Update Client Profile page.
Note:The password can be reset only if the user profile is activated.
The system sends an activation link to the email setup on the client profile.
Note:The client will receive an email informing them to reset their password.
To unlock a client profile
The system displays a confirmation message.
The system unlocks the profile.
To send activation link
The system sends a mail to the client. The mail will contain the activation link.
Note:The activation link can be sent to clients only for activating their user profile.
